Refund & Returns

At Otaku Haven, we want every otaku to love what they receive. If something goes wrong, we’re here to fix it — quickly, fairly, and with the same care you put into your collection. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under specific conditions to maintain the quality and authenticity of every collectible.

You are eligible for a return if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unhandled, and in its original packaging (collectors know the value of preserving their treasures ✨).

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • “I don’t want this character anymore” reasons
  • Products that have been opened, used, displayed, or handled
  • Minor dents or creases on packaging that do not affect the product
  • Color/design variations that occur due to manufacturing differences

2. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return or issue report:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if damaged or incorrect)

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

3️⃣ If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of approval.

📦 Return Shipping Charges:

  • If the issue is our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item):
    ✔ We cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other approved reason (rare cases):
    ❗ Customer covers the return shipping charges.

3. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund reflection time: 5–7 business days (varies by bank/payment gateway).

❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or non-original condition
  • Returns shipped without our approval
  • Returns made after the allowed timeframe
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product:

✔ Place a new order separately
