🚚 Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our packing heroes get to work.
Processing Time: 2–3 business days
(Weekends and public holidays do not count as processing days.)
🕒 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Other Cities / Towns: 7–10 business days
- Remote / Hard-to-Reach Areas: Up to 12 business days

Shipping rates depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Tracking Your Order
You’ll always know where your parcel is — just like following a quest tracker!
If you order through our website:
- Tracking details are sent automatically via email, and
- You can check status anytime through the Track Your Order page on the website.
If you order through WhatsApp:
- We will share your tracking number once your parcel is packed and ready for dispatch.
🚛 Courier Partner
We trust Delhivery as our primary courier, ensuring safe and reliable delivery across India.
📦 Wrong Address / Failed Delivery (RTS)
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or multiple failed delivery attempts:
- The order will be cancelled, and
- A refund will be issued minus the shipping charges.
(Shipping cost is non-refundable because the courier has already attempted delivery.)
💔 Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got your back.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
We will assist with a replacement or resolution depending on the situation.
🕊️ Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are shipped only after the stock arrives in our warehouse.
If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, they may be shipped separately based on availability.
🌏 Shipping Regions
Currently, Otaku Haven ships PAN India only.
International shipping is not available yet — but maybe one day we’ll go global like the strongest anime guilds!
