Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Otaku Haven. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • Otaku Haven sells anime-inspired merchandise, including figures, keychains, posters, and collectibles.
  • Unless stated otherwise, all products are unofficial merchandise and are not affiliated with or endorsed by official anime studios, publishers, or brands.
  • Our goal is to provide high-quality, affordable collectibles for fans.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website or WhatsApp.
  • Accepted payment methods:
  • Razorpay (UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking)
  • UPI/Bank Transfer (for WhatsApp orders)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship PAN India.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on location. Delays may occur due to courier operational issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery charges apply and will be clearly communicated before you confirm your order.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you. Website customers can also check tracking directly through the Track Your Order page.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

If the return is due to:

  • Our mistake (wrong item received or product damaged on arrival): Otaku Haven will cover return shipping.
  • Any other reason (change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer): The customer must cover return shipping.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • All items sold (unless stated otherwise) are unofficial merchandise.
  • Product images shown on the website are for representation. Slight variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing differences.
  • Customers may request actual product photos via WhatsApp before placing an order.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Otaku Haven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Otaku Haven may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.
